Inclusion Packs

You will automatically receive your pack between 3-7 working days after placing your order. It arrives in a returnable postal box. Please take care when opening the box, but if you do damage the box please feel free to use your own box or padded envelope.

Packs for Cremation Ashes or other dry inclusions, such as locks of hair or fur, soil, sand, fabric will contain some paperwork requesting more details on your pieces, such as details on the inclusions you are sending, including the name you would like on your Certificate of Authenticity.

The pack also contains a small wooden spoon for cremation ashes orders, a labelled plastic bag, ring sizer suitable to your ordered ring (please return these) and self adhesive return label.

Breastmilk packs will contain two labelled breastmilk storage bags and a ring sizer if needed.

Your pack contains a tracked returns label. If you take your pack to the post office you will receive tracking details to check it arrives safely.

Once we have opened and logged your pack we will notify you via email. Please check your junk or spam as they nearly always go straight there.

You can send your inclusions through to us directly if you prefer. This is often a quicker option. Please let us know at the time of ordering that you do not require a pack.
